Using ClipDeck means agreeing to the terms below. They are written to be read, not skipped.
What ClipDeck is for
ClipDeck resolves and streams media from public Instagram links that you provide. It is built for saving your own content, content you have permission to save, and public content within the bounds set out in the Rights section on the homepage. It is not built for mass collection or for republishing other people's work.
Public content only
ClipDeck has no Instagram login for you to use and will not reach private accounts. Public posts, Reels, carousels, long videos, profile pictures and active stories are what it resolves. Highlights and anything behind a follow request stay out of reach. If a link does not resolve, that is very often why.
You are responsible for what you do with a download
Downloading a file does not grant you rights to it. Whether you may reuse, repost or redistribute what you save depends on who made it and what they agreed to. That responsibility sits with you, not with ClipDeck.
Prohibited use
Do not use automated scraping, bulk requests, or any method designed to get around the rate limits or the public-content restriction. Do not use ClipDeck to infringe someone else's copyright or to break Instagram's own Terms of Use.
Provided as-is
ClipDeck comes with no warranty of any kind. Instagram can change its platform at any time in ways that break a tool here without notice, and we make no promise of uninterrupted availability.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
