ClipDeck respects copyright and acts on valid takedown notices, even though the service itself hosts and stores no media.
What ClipDeck actually does with a file
ClipDeck's resolver streams media straight from Instagram's own CDN through a temporary signed link. It does not copy files onto a server we control and it holds no library of content. A takedown here means we stop resolving links to the reported content, not deleting a stored file, because there is no stored file.
Filing a notice
Send a notice to the email address on the Contact page with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the specific Instagram URL you believe is being infringed, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you hold a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
What happens after a valid notice
Once a notice with all of the above arrives, ClipDeck stops resolving the reported link. Repeat or clearly abusive claims may be declined.
