Using ClipDeck means agreeing to the terms below. They're written to be read, not skipped.
What ClipDeck is for
ClipDeck resolves and streams media from public Instagram links that you provide. It's built for saving your own content, content you have permission to save, and public content within the bounds described on the Rights section of the homepage — not for mass collection or redistribution of other people's work.
Public content only
ClipDeck does not implement an Instagram login and will not access private accounts, Stories, or Highlights. If a link doesn't resolve, that's very often why.
You're responsible for what you do with a download
Downloading a file doesn't grant you rights to it. Whether you're allowed to reuse, repost, or redistribute what you download depends on who made it and what they agreed to — that responsibility sits with you, not with ClipDeck.
Prohibited use
Don't use automated scraping, bulk requests, or any method designed to bypass the rate limits or the public-content restriction. Don't use ClipDeck to infringe someone else's copyright or to violate Instagram's own Terms of Use.
Provided as-is
ClipDeck is provided without warranty of any kind. Instagram can change its platform at any time in ways that break a tool here without notice, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
